so my package arrived to Newark on a Sunday January 24th, today is Wednesday January 27th my package is still in Newark and i purchase Second Day Air which means that it was supposed to arrive to me in Long Island on Monday Jan 25th.
Call customer service about 3 times and received the same lame, good for nothing answer "the was a problem with the snow" but the snow was all clear from the roads by Monday Jan 25th.
Do not waste your money paying for second day or just try your best to stay away from fedex.
Im so disappointed!!!!!!
