I booked a pick up from 563130 to 560067 on 16.08.2017, Making sure it would get picked on the same day from the customer executive (who said it would definitely get picked up on the same day). I waited the whole day nobody came to pick it up.

meanwhile i kept calling customer care several times in the entire day and they kept saying same. At the end of the day, they say the location is OPA(outside pick up area). This means it will take time and is not possible in a day.

Due to some emergency circumstances I was not in a position to afford a day in waste. Very very disappointed with their such behavior
