I had a package routed to a store because it needed a signature

When i got to the store the package was not opened but damaged, so i had refused it and they are supposed to send it back free of charge.

Did not happen i found out later

I got a call from a driver wanting a signature for this package about week after i refused it he said he left it at my address when he knows it needs a signature

It went to the store adugh

So hes doesnt know at all what hes doing

I found out from the sender they were alzo charged redlivery fee becauge the package was not picked up in time. Lie again

They also opened it and the sent it back much later saying it wa s not picked up on time and the sender told me this and it was damaged at that point

They really do a very poor job

Never use them if you can help it
