It was supposed to arrive by 10:30 AM. That's what was paid for.

Called all day long and got numerous answers. 11:30, then 1PM --absolutely for sure, she said, then at 2:30 ASAP because the driver has been notified, then probably by 5:30 because that's when his route ends they said. What is the point of overnight priority if they can't get it delivered until at least 7 hours later. It's on a LOCAL truck.

It takes 7 hours to drive an area that is 36 square miles with 100,000 residents.

If the truck delivered one package to every household they would be done by now. Baffling.

This person wrote the review because of problem with delivery at Fedex. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $140 and wants Fedex to issue a full refund.

The most disappointing in user's experience was delivery service, very poor customer service, being lied to and service. If you have a chance, please contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
