The Item was shipped via Fedex "smartpost" on 12/4. It's now 12/20 and TWO more days to go before delivery.

This is the second, or perhaps the third time this service has been imposed on me by vendors trying to save money. This service IS TERRIBLY SLOW! If you buy online a lot, as I do, my advise to you would be to forgo any vendor that lists an ad that says FEDEX. Unless they specifically say that they're using FEDEX ground, or Home Delivery, there's no way to know if they're shipping FEDEX "SmartPost".

I get items from mainland China faster than this service. STAY AWAY!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Service.
