Package was sent on Thursday to be received on Saturday. Tracked the package and learned it had been delayed due to weather.
It is now Monday and there is no information regarding an estimated delivery time. Customer service claimed it could be as late as 8:00 PM this evening. Fedex needs to have better communication regarding these events, and a better refund policy.
If my package does not arrive today I will never use Fedex again, and I will advise my friends and colleagues to use their competitors.
I have never had this bad an of experience with UPS of the USPS.
Looks like FEDEX is milking the bad weather situation to their advantage.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problem with delivery of package and associated monetary loss in the amount of $95. FedEx needs to have the product delivered according to poster's claims.
