In the last two weeks, I've had a package mis-delivered to the wrong address (when the correct address was clearly typed on package).
Now they've lost a second package at their home delivery office in Chicago - a package that according to the tracking records was delivered over a week ago to their regional office but never made it out for delivery and now appears to be missing.
The basic end answer is we'll update you when we know something; if it's lost, you'll need to go back to the shipper.
I've never had this many problems with FedEx. Bad luck or declining service? Seriously considering other delivery options in the future.
