I have a box sent from Spain to Hong Kong on Thursday, July 6. It arrived to CDG Paris on Friday July 7, 7 am, and since then is there.
FEDEX SPAIN and FEDEX Hong Kong give different reasons and promises, and still there after 5 days. These are books for a very important Book Fair next week, and still no valid and credible explanation, promises every day they will do something about it. I just entered their FB and there is another customer from Hong Kong with a similar complain. Whats really going on at CDG France?
That box was coming with another parcel, and it arrived on Monday. Is this any delay on purpose?
