FedEx driver misdelivered my package. No one is perfect.

The lack of customer service on their part is the person who DID get my package called to tell them. Did they get it the same day and redeliver it to me? NO. When I was on the phone with them I told them it was a gift I needed for today.

She would send a message to the station to have it done first thing in the morning. It came later than when they allegedly delivered it the first time.

4:18pm!!!!! Either the Customer Service Rep lied or the station felt that, me as a customer was valueless.
