Fedex - Why do you even have a customer service department when they cant be bothered to hear you out?
I was scheduled a pick up at my location at 1:00 PM today. I waited for the rep to pick up for 7 hours and with no one arriving, called up the customer service agent on their 1800 number and the lady took all the information and told me to wait for their rep to come and pick up the parcel. When I informed her that I had waited for 7 hours her irritated response was, you have a scheduled pick up and then she rambled her "Thank you for contacting Fedex" and hung up. So I decided to contact via chat. And after informing the agent about my experience with the lady, I was told
"Jai : sir team will update you just make a call
Jai : they will conncet you to teh related desk
