FedEx drivers have some trouble finding my address. In the past drivers would call to get directions.
Tonight I called around 5pm a customer service rep and instructed them to tell the driver if he or she had a problem with my address to give me a call. The rep also said that they will be delivering till 8pm. Sadly I tracked my package around 6pm and it was in route back to the FedEx shipment center here locally scheduled to be delivered the next day. Did not even try to contact me.
SAD SAD SAD... UPS has never done this if I can I will have my goods shipped UPS or even the Postal service.
Monetary Loss: $200.
