There's no debate on how bad the service can be at times from the Airlines. Airlines rank with Cellular service providers, Cable companies, and phone companies.

If you compare the airlines provisions for service and restitution when something goes wrong, at least the Airlines do something. On many occasions, I have had a lost bag, and when the airline tracks it down, they drive it to my house. Contrary to Fedex, when an Overnight package takes 5 or 6 days, tough luck, you happen to fall into that 1% of missed deliveries.
