None of the representatives that I spoke to knew what they were doing when I tried to get information on an order I was supposed to get 10-10-17.All sounded as they were overseas.

I couldn't understand a word they said. I must've talked to at least 6 different people and all I spoke to gave me a different answer. Some even out right lied to me. If someone knew what they were doing I could've picked up my package the same day.

I have to take another day off.I will never use fed-ex again.
