I have been on the phone with them since Monday, for a total of about 20 times. Very frustrating, nobody knows what they’re doing.

Finally went to the local FedEx Station to get the real answers. It started out getting stuck in Memphis due to the weather. Finally it started movement yesterday, and we tracked it to Hilton head. But when the truck driver got the package he noticed there was two labels on it.

Our label was stuck to a different package, which was pantyhose. It had gone through the tracing department, and now theMemphis security is looking into it. They went through packages and boxes that had no labels, but came up with nothing.

The Hilton head station said they never saw anything like it. They are now suspecting foul play.
