The package arrived in Singapore from the USA, on the 12th of July and was wrongly send to Tidiki for local delivery as FedEx currently make use of local courier service to deliver to a private address. The issue is that the given delivery address was an office address and not a private address so from the get go FedEx did not even verified and assumed it was a private address. Since the 12th of July I have made 8 phone calls to FedEx and as of today, they still have no clue what is going on with my delivery and I can't get a clear answer from them.
