Initial delivery by FEDEX was unsuccessful. I called and emailed immediately (mid-day) to arrange redelivery and I also offered to pick up the package where ever it was. I finally asked to have the package held at a 7 day/week station and I was told due to "processing and transfers" it would take 5 DAYS to arrange. WHAT?

There customer service is either some automated "chat" or someone who barely speaks english. Also poorly done.

I have made repeated phone calls and all I got was platitudes, "we understand but we can't do anything...so sorry"

This is totally unacceptable. I paid for expedited delivery and this is what I get?

What a load of crap.

Product or Service Mentioned: Fedex Ground Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Poor service, Horrible customer service, Condescending support staff.
