Its been more than a month since we have shipped the packages but hasn't been delivered yet. Fedex missed to provide the airlines departure bill to customs due to which they are still at US customs.

Fedex is not taking any action and harassing the customer. They are not accepting that its their mistake and they need to resolve it. Such a big carelessness and the customer is harassed due to the management mistake. No action has been taken.

I will never ever recommend Fedex to anyone.

I am having very bad experience with the team. They have the worst services

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Does not care.
